I'm Roland.  I have a wife, 2 boys and a beautiful little girl.  We are very proud and pleased that you chose to entrust us with one of the largest decisions of your life.  We won't let you down. 

We were all born and raised in Southern California.  We enjoy going to church, spending time together as a family, snow sports, water sports and going on dates...if we can get a babysitter!

I (Roland) grew up in Southern California but lived in Europe for a few years and speak four languages.  I worked as an Interpreter for a few years but realized my heart was in Real Estate.  I am proud to say I am a United States Veteran and served my country and completed my term with an Honorable Discharge.  After receiving my Associates Degree with emphasis in Real Estate, I became a mortgage loan officer.  I then went into Real Estate Advertising afterwhich I became a Real Estate Appraiser.

April also grew up in Southern California and went to University of Nevada in Las Vegas.  She came back to california after receiving her bachelors degree in Real Estate.  Since her parents had been Real Estate Brokers for years, she also realized her love was in Real Estate and became a Real Estate Appraiser.

We are both not only licensed but are California "Certified" licensed Real Estate appraisers! Many real estate agents cheat on the real estate exam by going to "crash courses" to learn the questions and answers before the state exam and they pass.  Without any experience they then come to you and ask you if they can help you with one of the largest investments you'll ever make in your life...and people say yes!  Would you ever go to a doctor knowing full well that they never did an internship, went to a crash weekend course to pass the test and let him take your apendix out? 

As a Certified Licensed appraiser, my real estate clients love me because they know you must be a licensed apprentice (be an intern) for a minimum of 2 years before you can take the exam and become a fully licensed appraiser. There's a reason banks don't care what a buyer, a seller or even a state licensed Realtor thinks that a house is worth.  The only one a bank cares about how much they think a house is worth is a state licensed appraiser.  Put that knowledge to work for you!
